Director of ATT Collective Action Limited, the Proposed Class Representative
Ann Pope is an economist and competition law expert who has spent her career working in UK antitrust law. She has more than 30 years of experience in competition and consumer enforcement, beginning her career at the Office of Fair Trading, the predecessor to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) in 1988. Between 2014 and 2024, she was the CMA’s Senior Director for Antitrust, leading the competition watchdog’s investigations into firms’ abuse of market dominance.
Ann is leading this claim as the director of the Proposed Class Representative, ATT Collective Action Limited (“ATTCA”). ATTCA is proposing to represent the thousands of UK-based iOS app developers that have been affected by Apple’s unfair design and implementation of ATT.

Hausfeld is a global disputes-only law firm which specialises in claimant litigation, with significant experience in all aspects of collective redress and group claims. Hausfeld has extensive experience in abuse of dominance litigation against large corporates, including against “Big Tech”. Hausfeld notably led Dr Rachael Kent’s successful £1.5 billion Competition Appeal Tribunal claim against Apple, which won at trial in 2025.

The claim also relies on the expertise of Dr Andrea Coscelli, Senior Partner, Keystone, and Dr Reuben Binns, Associate Professor, Computer Science, University of Oxford.
